How To Make Pink Chocolate Covered Strawberries

Chocolate covered strawberries are already divine but now you can use our 'Pretty In Pink' chocolate colour powder to make an even sweeter version of this already delicious treat! They are surprisingly quick and easy to make.

They make a deliciously sweet treat, a decadent dessert, a beautiful strawberry bouquet and are an ideal finishing touch to cakes!
It's so easy to make these gorgeous looking chocolate covered strawberries. Just follow the steps below.
Ingredients:
- 2 punnets of strawberries
- White Chocolate Melts / Buttons
- White Chocolate Belgian (for extra creaminess)
- Dark Chocolate Melts / Buttons
- Dark Chocolate Belgian (for extra creaminess)
- Mini Heart Sprinkles
- Colour My Chocolate in Pretty In Pink
(Milk Chocolate can be used instead of Dark Chocolate if preferred)
Tools:
- 2 X Microwave containers (to melt chocolate)
- 1 x Flat steel spatula
- 1 x sheet baking paper
- 2 x small piping bags
How To Make:
- Lay out 12 clean and dry strawberries on a tray and keep in fridge ready to use.
- Melt 3 cups white chocolate melts and 3 cups white belgian chocolate in the microwave
- Melt 3 cups dark chocolate melts and 3 cups dark belgian chocolate in the microwave
- Add 2 teaspoons of Colour My Chocolate 'Pretty In Pink' to the white chocolate mix.
- Stir in well
- Dip 4 x strawberries into the pink chocolate and set on tray
- Dip 8 x strawberries into the dark chocolate and set on tray
- For the last 4 strawberries dip these strawberries into dark chocolate one at a time then sprinkle mini hearts over and set on tray
- Re warm chocolate if setting
- Use a small piping bag or pallet knife to stripe the strawberries on tray
Pop strawberries into fridge to let set.
