How To Use: Shake well. Pierce or take off protective seal under cap. Add a just few drops to your ingredients. For a deeper colour add more drops.

N.B. If you are wanting to colour icing, chocolate (or any medium) that is WHITE in colour to a BLACK colour... we recommend using these Jet Black drops combined with our Carbon Black Colouring powder. If you have too much icing and/or not enough colouring, this can result in a dark green colour which is totally normal. Simply add a little bit more carbon black colouring powder and/or jet black drops and it will go black. We recommend starting with a small amount of icing to gauge how much colour will be required and then go from there.
For best results: When colouring chocolate black, you should always use milk or dark chocolate so less colouring is required. The same goes for colouring icings black. White icing will always require more colouring so if you can start colouring an icing that is already dark in colour (any dark colour is generally ok) it will go black a lot easier and faster.
